• No refunds for partial months
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until period ends

5. User Content and Licenses

• You grant us permission to store and display your content within the Service
• You warrant that you have the right to upload all content
• You agree not to upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights

AI-Generated Content:

Content generated by our AI service is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload content containing personal information of others without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use automated systems or bots without permission
• Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

AI Limitations:

AI-generated suggestions may contain errors or inappropriate content. Always review and verify all suggestions before using them in your actual resume.

Service Availability:

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeThing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResumeThing, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from:

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Creating multiple free accounts
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data after 30 days.
